Welcome to Handi. By accessing or using our service through WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Handi is a WhatsApp-based platform that connects customers with verified professionals for various services. We use AI agents to facilitate matching, scheduling, and booking management through WhatsApp.
User Accounts
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using Handi, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate and up-to-date information, maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account, using the service in a lawful and respectful manner, communicating respectfully with professionals and users, and reporting any unauthorized use of your account.
Professional Services
Matching
Handi provides a platform for matching customers with professionals. We do not employ professionals and are not directly responsible for the quality of their work, though all professionals undergo background checks and verification.
Verification
We verify professionals by checking: business licenses, liability insurance, experience and skills, and customer references. However, verification is not a guarantee of service performance.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work on a resolution.
Payment and Fees
Customer Fees
Handi is completely free for customers. No fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges.
Professional Fees
Professionals pay a small commission (5-10%) on completed jobs. No monthly fees or setup costs.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel or reschedule bookings up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 2 hours of service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds
Refunds are provided in cases of: service not completed, poor quality work (as verified by Handi), service mismatch, or fraud or illegal activity.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose, harass, abuse, or harm other users, impersonate any person or entity, interfere with the service's operation, attempt to bypass security measures, use bots or unauthorized automation, or collect information about other users.
Intellectual Property
The service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Handi, its licensors, or their suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Handi makes no representations or warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party professionals.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Handi, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Handi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of or access to the service, your breach of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
